One of the big diets out that gives both muscle and weight loss at the same time is protein power diet and this one delivers you the right nutrition for the building blocks to build muscle and weight loss to get rid of the fat so you can see the muscle definition.
This particular diet is one that requires far more protein than you’ve ever dreamed of consuming in a day’s time. On the up side, there are plenty of ways to acquire all this protein goodness. From shakes, to packets of lean tuna, to broiled fish, egg whites to infinite snack bars. All of these are great sources of protein. All you need to do is to also remember to keep the poultry lean. Now, the big question is; why do you need this type of diet regimen?
Muscle and Weight Loss – What you need to do:
What it comes down to is bodybuilding from my experience very few women are looking for a protein power diet, but rather a low-carb, low-fat diet instead. There is a difference.
Guys are a little different for example there is those that really want to stack muscle on the more the better. A friend of mine let’s call him Bob went to see a personal trainer, who in turn encouraged him to adopt a protein power diet. Basically what this new regimen consisted of was four small meals a day, mostly involving fruits, vegetables, water and lean meat; in addition to three whey protein shakes.
The reason why this is such a popular protein supplement that’s widely used now days, is because it is so darn easy and can be mixed with juice, milk or water. The fact that appeals to a lot of folk is that you can literally get about 30 grams of protein in one dose if you take it as a milk shake.
Furthermore, if you’re not able to do the whey shake, you can substitute with a bar of your choice. Probably the most popular to my knowledge is Pure Protein. These supplement bars sell like hot cakes and have for years now. They are definitely an easy protein fix on the go. Or what I found is there are quiet a few recipes on line to make your own bars, which end up being substantially cheaper as long as you are able to be careful with your portion sizes you will be fine.
This type of protein power diet worked for Bob. This lean, high protein diet was perfect and with the proper weight training routine he chose along with keeping up his cardio routine overall he gained about 20 pounds of muscle and the lost body fat that he was carrying.
Cardio exercises are the way towards muscles and weight loss and the way this is done is you need to jump on your bike, treadmill or stepper before you do your weight session. The body is clever though will go through a period of adaptation which basically means that your body will get used to the work out you do and if you don’t keep on varying the exercise routine you will plateau and not see any difference.
So what I suggest you need to do is to change both intensity and duration of both your cardio and weights program to ensure you get muscle and weight loss.
